Qupé 2019 Syrah Central Coast
Sourced from various vineyards on the Central Coast as far south as the Santa Ynez Valley up to the Adelaida District in northern Paso Robles. The gentle and near-perfect growing season led to a longer hang time for the grape clusters allowing the fruit to evenly ripen and develop rich, complex flavors. Yields were once again average in 2019, producing a well-rounded vintages characterized by deep color, balance and expressive fruit flavors.

Mr. Wonderful's Notes
Deep inky purple color with complex aromas of blackberry, leather, tar, olive brine and hints of sarsaparilla. Flavors are savory expressing blueberry compote with a roasted, smoky character and a touch of clove. The wine is plush and full bodied with a viscous rich mouthfeel that makes it an easy drinker.
